We encourage you to voice any concerns or comments you have regarding your care. Your caregiver will help you with any issues that can be addressed promptly. You are also welcome to call our Customer Service number at 410-629-1500. If at any time you feel that we have not resolved your complaint to your expectations, you may call the State of Maryland at 1-877-402-8218.
